Registrations Registrations for Season 2010 are now being accepted The registrar has advised that the next registration day will be on the 6th of February Juniors will be able to register from 10am – 12pm and the seniors from 12pm – 2pm We now accept credit cards - Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. We now have a credit card facility to take player registration payments in Visa, Bankcard and MasterCard. Cash , cheque and money order are also accepted. Existing players Register Now Due to the increasing number of children wanting to play soccer for Modbury Vista Soccer Club and the limited number of positions available for existing players we recommend that you register now. If your child is not registered by the end of October 2009 we can not guarantee a position will be available. Existing players will need to register from now and before the 31st of October to secure their position for the 2010 season. After this date you will need to register on the general registration days, where registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis along with everyone else. Forms with full payment by either cheque or money order (No Cash) may be mailed to: Attn Registrar, Modbury Vista Soccer Club Inc. PO Box 124, Surrey Downs. SA 5126. Registrations for existing players will also be accepted on presentation day. What we offer Modbury Vista SC offers three levels of football/soccer for children from the age of 3 years old to the Senior Amateur League.
Development Squad
This level is for children just starting out in football
- from 3 year's old to 5 year's old. Training is conducted 1pm on Saturday
afternoons during the soccer season. The session is designed for the children to have a lot of fun while learning the fundamental skills of football in an uncompetitive environment. There are two intakes per season with each intake lasting 12 weeks. Junior League – currently 31 teams
This level is for children from the age of 5 years to 16 years old. Children play in teams against other clubs affiliated with the Elizabeth & Districts Junior Soccer Association. Teams train 1 or more nights during the week from Tuesday to Friday with the U6 to U13 teams playing games on Saturdays and U14 to Colts (U16/17) playing on Sundays. Competitive competition begins from the U10 age group. Senior Amateur League
This level begins from the age of 18 years and continues on to the senior years. Teams are involved in the South Australian Soccer Federation Amateur League with training conducted on Thursday nights and play Sunday afternoons. |
